Desde peque̱o su obsesión fue con Johannes Gutunberg y el invento de la imprenta. Tomaba cuanto material le cayera en las manos para tratar de hacer copias con los mismos.



Aprendió por sí mismo a escribir a maquinilla para los concursos literarios de la escuela. 2do. Lugar en Octavo grado con la novela "La casa de mil espejos" (no, no s̩ a donde fu̩ a parar...)



En la adolescencia pudo manejar finalmente dos tipos de imprentas comerciales despu̩s de varios embarres con el famoso mimeógrafo de la iglesia.



Estudió arte comercial antes de la universidad



y finalmente entró a la UPR a estudiar M̼sica pero el programa se enfocaba en ser maestro
(no queria ser maestro)



y se cambió a la Interamericana a estudiar Comunicación Audiovisual en donde ganó 1er premio entre todos los estudiantes del mejor Show Audiovisual en Slides que tenía como tema un centro de cuidados de ni̱os. (anyway terminó con ser maestro)



Obtuvo su primera computadora commodore 64



y luego la primera Macintosh de Apple que apenas tenía 128k de memoria!.



Tamb̩in estudió 2 a̱os de canto en el Conservatorio de m̼sica. Perteneció a la asociación de Directores de Coros de P.R., dirigió 12 a̱os un grupo cristiano, pertenció al grupo pionero "The Latin Continental Singers" viajando a Venezuela, M̩xico, California, Costa Rica. Además trabajó en el montaje y dirección de varios musicales para otros grupos cristianos.

Participó en ópera de Puerto Rico con Die Fledermaus (The Bat) (El Murci̩lago)


y estrenó la gala mundial del Musical "?" del ex director del Conservatorio de m̼sica "?".



Consiguió el primer trabajo en dise̱o "desktop publishing" donde compitió con alrededor de 35 personas y de ahí comenzó a trabajar como adiestrador de Apple en la primera y ̼nica tienda conocida como Apple Centre,


donde fungió como Technical Support y como Trainer.

Tambi̩n participó como trainer en la Universidad de Puerto Rico ense̱ando cursos de Multimedios, Animación y en El Sagrado Corazón con los primeros cursos de Desktop Publishing.



Comenzó en El Periódico "El Nuevo Día" en marzo de 1991,



para implementar el proyecto de Paginación electrónica el cual tardó varios a̱os hasta automatizar Suplementos, el dummy electrónico, Revista En Grande, Negocios, Por Dentro, Revista Nuestro Día, Primera Hora, Redacción. Comenzó el proyecto de ENDI.COM idea original que tuvo con Dimas López, ingeniero de Sistemas de Información. De ahí comenzaron el proyecto de DIANET y pasó a formar parte de Recursos Humanos para la comunicación interna.

Sandovale.com es una nueva aventura fuera del campo de las computadoras, bueno, no del todo! No hay nada que no envuelva las computadoras hoy día pero estudiar el arte de los metales y joyería es muy emocionante por los miles de opciones que este ofrece. Cada t̩cnica abarca una cantidad de instrumentos y disciplinas que aprender y aplicar y luego variar las misma con la imaginación de uno. En este campo siempre hay algo nuevo o viejo que aprender.

Since a small child his obsession was with Johannes Gutunberg story and his invention of the letter press. Any material that fell in his hands was inscribeb and tested to make copies. Self teached to to use a typewriter wrote his first short story for school winning 2dn place.

Then had luck to handle thye church ditto machine and with adolescence came the challenge to finally handle two types of commercial presses. I studied commercial art before enrolling to the university of UPR to study Music but I was avoiding beign a teacher I wanted to be a choir director at least. Always deciding fast about my future I decided instead to study Audio Visual Communications at the Interameraican University.

While studying there with my cousin we won the first prize for the best Synchonized Audio-Visual Show (Slides!) which was about a day in a children's care center.

Mi first computer was a commodore 64 and soon after that my first Apple, Macintosh with just 128k of memory!. Also studied Singing 2 years in the Conservatory of music with acclaimed professor Susan Pabón. I belonged to the Association of Directors of Choirs of P.R., directed a Christian group "Re'generation" for 12 years, and took participation in the pioneering group called "The Latin Continental Singers", traveling to Venezuela, Mexico, California and Costa Rica.

In addition I worked in the assembly and direction of several musicals and comedies for other Christian groups aroun Puerto Rico. My first participation in an Opera was with Opera of Puerto Rico with "Die Fledermaus" (The Bat) (the Bat). Former memeber of the Coro de Cámara of the Interamerican university under the direction of my great director and professor Luis Olivieri we released the world-wide premiere of some Musicals. ( I also have to mention my beloved Emelina Ruisánchez excellent High School Music Teacher from Cuba.)

Borns Desktop Publishing Concept with the Apple's newly invention: The LaserWriter. Soon I obtained the first job in design and worked as Technical Support and Software Trainer at Apple Center. Also participated as a trainer in the University of Puerto Rico teaching Publication Design, Multimedia and animation courses at the Sacred Heart University.

At March of 1991 I was contracted to design and implement the Electronic Pagination Project at El Nuevo Día Newspaper in Puerto Rico which took several years to automate all the newspaper sections and the Primera Hora new newspaper under the direction of the great designer Carlos Casta̱eda.

Engineer Dimas López and myself created the pioneer website ENDI.COM which was the first project developed by inside newspaper talent comprise of the information systems and journalists department.

Actually I am in charge of the newspaper Intranet, "Dianet", comprise of Human Resources and all internal communication.

After so much computer work I was desperate to find a new passion and jewelry design was the answer. In this field there is always something new or old that to learn. I read, do and work findind new techniques to express the best of me.
